As well as the pre-designed programmes, we offer a bespoke service which entails us designing a course around your specific business needs. Any design work carried out by us will utilise the fully Accelerated Learning and Neuro Linguistic Programming models. This will ensure that your course will increase employee confidence, speed and accuracy of learning and their ability to put the learning into practice. In addition to this, once your course has been designed, we offer a further service where we train key individuals to take over effective delivery of your course. By keeping your training delivery in house, it keeps costs at a minimum and the key staff will be flexible to your training needs.

trainer development programme section
This programme is available in two parts:
Module One, The Trainer Acceleration Programme, focuses on the different learning styles, music and learning, anchoring learning, preferred sensory sequencing, multiple intelligences and various delivery techniques from Neuro Linguistic Programming. Employed together, all of these tools will equip any trainer or deliverer with a sound knowledge base to understand what learning is and how to teach in an accelerated way.
Module Two concentrates on the aspects of designing a training programme. Again this uses various techniques from Accelerated Learning and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Delegates will learn a simple but effective course design model covering aspects from advanced communication through the process to evaluation stage.
